Latest on Tokyo TowerTo welcome in the festive season, Tokyo Tower is teaming up with digital art collective NAKED to bring illuminations to one of the city's most recognizable venues. Tokyo Tower City Light Fantasia takes on a winter butterflies theme for this year, with beautiful projection mapping displays set against the city skyline.
The event runs from November 18, 2022 until February 12, 2023 (Sunday), with the projection mapping on display from 6pm until close of business during that period.
The illuminations can be viewed with the purchase of an observation deck ticket to the tower.
Getting there
Tokyo Tower is located approximately five minutes on foot from Akabanebashi Station, which is served by the Toei Oedo Line.
For those who opt to drive, the venue is around 7 minutes from the Shiba-Koen exit of the Shuto Expressway. Parking is available adjacent to the tower and is charged at 600 JPY for the first hour and then 300 JPY for every 30 minutes thereafter.
