The rose garden at Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho is in full bloom during autumn, and the venue will be hosting a festival celebrating them from mid-October until early November. Around 600 roses comprising of 90 different varieties will be on display, along with rose-flavored eats and drinks on offer such as rose gelato and herbal tea.
There is even an outdoor art exhibition during the festival, with works depicting roses from around 20 illustrators to enjoy.

Getting there
Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho is located just a minute on foot from Nagatacho Station, which is served by the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon, Namboku, and Yurakucho lines.
For those who opt to drive, on-site parking is available and is charged at 330 yen per 30 minute increment.
