The Tama Center Illumination is an annual event that takes place outside the Tama Center Station. Approximately 400,000 sparkling lights are on display for visitors to enjoy, adding a hearty dose of festive cheer to the winter season. The centerpiece of the event is a beautifully decorated fir tree which was donated by Fujimi Town in Nagano Prefecture.
Getting there
The Tama Center Station is served by the Keiō Sagamihara Line, the Odakyū Tama Line, and the Tama Toshi Monorail Line. There are several paid parking lots in the streets surrounding the station.
