Running from October 17th (Tuesday) to October 22nd (Sunday), the Tokyo Night Market at Yoyogi Park is set to bring food, live music, and art to this popular outdoor destination. The event is inspired by night markets in places like Vietnam, Taiwan, and Thailand, which are known for their bustling energy and fun atmosphere that attracts tourists and locals alike.
If you do plan on attending, please note that the operating hours differ depending on the date:
- From October 17th until October 20th: 4pm until 10pm
- From October 21st to October 22nd: 12pm until 10pm
There is no admission fee to enjoy the event, but do bring yen if you plan on making any food or drink purchases.
Getting there
Yoyogi Park can be accessed within five minutes on foot from Harajuku Station, which is served by the JR Yamanote Line. Other train stations in close walking distance include the Tokyo Metro's Meijijingumae and Yoyogi-Koen Stations.
