Latest on Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan

Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan opened in 1990 as one of the largest public aquariums in the world. The aquarium is located next to the Tempozan Ferris Wheel right outside of Osakako Station. The Aquarium is broken up into different areas including a tunnel tank, the Great Barrier Reef, a whale shark section, and so much more. And to top off the end of your day at the aquarium, enjoy touching a shark or ray or get up close and personal with a penguin. Admission to the aquarium is ¥2,000 but there is also a deal for multiple attractions including the Ferris Wheel and a sightseeing fishing boat.
