Seaside Top Observatory is located in the World Trade Center Building at JR Hamamatsucho Station in Tokyo. There are amazing views of Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Bay and the fair price makes this much less crowded and more affordable than either the Mori Tower or Tokyo Sky Tree for city views. The setting is quiet and elegant, with classical music playing in the background and near 360 degree views of the surrounding area. This is a great peaceful place to view trains of all lines coming in and out of the Hamamatsucho station. Prices are ¥620 yen for adults and less for children depending on the age. A discount can be obtained from their web site as well. There is a small gift store and vending machines to enjoy drinks while one takes in the view. For a quieter experience that is off the traditional city view recommendation map, head over to the Seaside Top Observatory.
