The Robot Restaurant in Shinjuku is a very flashy tourist attraction. As you walk west from Shinjuku Station you are bombarded with flashing lights and neon signs. As you enter the premises, a drummer in a robot costume is tapping along. You purchase your tickets and then go up 3 levels to a whole different planet.
Another band dressed as robots play smooth jazz as guests mingle, drink, dance, and order food to eat during the show. When it is time for the main performance, you'll be ushered down 3 sets of stairs to the main performance area: large Amazonian women robots, large LCD screens showing bikini broads, fireworks, robots, and a dazzling light show. An insane experience that you will not quickly forget.
