The children's picture book "Peter Rabbit's Story" was originally published back in 1902, and will celebrate its 120th anniversary next year. In honor of this, Osaka's Abeno Harukas Art Museum will host a special exhibition under the theme of a grand birthday party for Peter Rabbit.
Approximately 170 items will be on display at the event, including original sketches, private editions and drafts of the book, and more. After the Osaka event, the exhibition will move onto the Shizuoka City Museum of Art from mid-September until early November 2022.
As yet, ticket prices have not yet been determined for the event. Updates should be posted on the official event website closer to the commencement date.
