From March 9th until March 27th, Fukuoka Mitsukoshi is hosting a Disney Cats and Dogs Exhibition. The full-scale event will include approximately 300 digitized artworks of feline and canine Disney characters, including the likes of Lady and the Tramp, the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, and 101 Dalmatians.
Along with the artwork on display, there will be limited-edition Disney merchandise available for purchase, including plush toys, postcards, key chains, and tote bags.
Advance tickets are being sold via Lawson up until the day before the event, and these are at a slight discount than the on-the-day rate (¥700 for adult tickets compared to ¥1000 on the day.)
Getting there
Fukuoka Mitsukoshi is directly connected to Nishitesu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, served by the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line.
