In a time where international travel is off the cards, the Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo is bringing a slice of Europe to guests with an Austrian Afternoon Tea. Priced at ¥4,840 per head, the event will include both sweet and savory dishes such as black forest cake, apple strudel, Austrian beef stew, and schnitzel sandwiches.
The Austrian Afternoon Tea will run from May 1st until June 30th, and the hotel will be running similar country-themed events right through until December - each will run for a two month period. Bookings for the Austrian event can be made via the official hotel website here.
Getting there
The Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo is located approximately 7 minutes on foot from Exit 3a of Waseda Station, served by the Tozai Subway Line.
For those who opt to drive, on-site parking is validated for those who dine at the hotel. Spending over 3,000 yen will get you four hours parking for free.
