The Sky View observation hall at Kansai International Airport offers one of the best panoramic view of flights taking off and landing on the runway. The proximity of observation deck and the runways is the key factor here. Apart from the deck itself you'll find other general facilities like restaurants, vending machines and an aviation hobby / collectibles shop. As a dating spot in Kansai it offers a romantic twilight setting on the backdrop of the flight action and the light-up of the runways.
