After successful stints in other parts of Japan, the Pokémon x Kogei exhibition is headed to the Nagasaki Museum of History and Culture until December 7th, 2025. The event features works from 20 artists, including Living National Treasures and emerging talents, all interpreting Pokémon through the lens of Japanese craftsmanship.

The exhibition will showcase Pokémon-themed pieces across various art forms, including intricate tableware, clothing such as kimonos, and obi fastenings, all reimagined with the colorful and whimsical world of Pokémon. Each artist brings their own style and perspective, allowing visitors to see Pokémon in new and creative ways, from playful depictions to more serious, elegant representations.
