A limited-time afternoon tea event at the Miyako Hotel Hakata will incorporate the pastel colors of sherbet into the dishes on offer. Some of the dessert options include a blue and pink sherbet jelly, a pistachio Mont Blanc, and multicolored tunkarons (like a macaron, but with thicker filling).
There is also the opportunity for guests to enjoy a sherbet-colored cocktail that fits their mood for the day. This portion of the event will be overseen by color consultant Yuko Ito, who is well-versed in how different hues impact our feelings.
The afternoon tea is priced at ¥ 3,900 per person, with any alcohol consumed charged separately.
