When I visited a 200-meter-long wisteria tunnel at Murasaki Shikibu Park in early May, I explored the other areas of it as well. This park is actually more famous for its beautifully landscaped Japanese Garden, and I wanted to see it in this season when the fresh green must be brilliant. I was right, the scene was shining with verdant greenery, plus various spring flowers such as azaleas and irises were adding their colors to it. People were strolling inside the garden appreciating its fresh beauty. I had visited this park in autumn when colored leaves were so beautiful, but I found out anew that this park is beautiful throughout the year!
