Having watched the Tokyo Bay fireworks (it's usually the second Saturday of August every year) I have to say that it truly was an amazing event.
Japan is famous for its attention to detail and resulting perfection, and this also applies when it comes to the design of fireworks shows. Lasting for about 90 minutes, the Tokyo Bay fireworks show never seems to end, going on and on, presenting an almost never ending array of different shapes, colours and patterns. Visitor friendly, there always seems to be enough time to admire each fireworks set before the next round of shells are set off.
One of Tokyo's most exciting events, I can't recommend a Tokyo Bay fireworks show enough!
