The Kirameki Art Festival is a multi-venue event taking place at 11 locations throughout Tokyo's Taito Ward and Bunkyo Ward. The festival focuses specifically on sculpture, with the intent to showcase the relationship between each artist and his or her works.
Tickets for the festival are priced at 1500 JPY, and free for those high school aged and below. Please note that the official site also mentions entry is free at some venues.
