MYSTAYS Ueno Inaricho is a basic but proper hotel for people who want to stay central for not too much money. Ideal for single travelers or duo’s. The reception desk is open between 8 am and 10 pm. Check out at 11 am, but when checking out before 8 pm, you can drop your dooryard in the mailbox. At night the doors are locked, but with a special code you get after your check-in you can reach the hotel anytime you like.

The hotel offers everything you need for nearby attractions. Right in between Ueno and Asakusa, it lies in a quiet neighborhood, but right around the corner of a big street. Here you will find Inaricho station (Ginza Line) from where you can reach Ueno and Asakusa in minutes, and plenty of convenience stores. This location couldn't be picked any better since it’s located central, in close proximity to popular locations, without the abundance of loud city noises.

The hotel offers single and semi-double rooms. Besides the basic facilities you can expect of a Japanese hotel, all rooms are provided with a bath, Japanese toilet, microwave, hot-plate, air-conditioning, a small fridge and an internet router. At the reception desk you also will find teabags, toothbrushes and things like soap if you run out of anything in your room so you will have everything necessary during your stay.

HOTEL MYSTAYS Ueno Inaricho has a laundry room in the basement and vending machines can be found on the first floor. At the reception desk you can borrow all the cleaning equipment, spare towels and sheets that you need. Since the rooms are provided with a hotplate, cooking pans and accessories are also provided. Even a rice cooker can be used for free whenever you need it, and those who want to save on expenses can visit one of the nearby supermarkets and make a nice dinner instead of going out. In every room you find information about borrowing these items, but the kind the staff at this hotel will be happy to explain everything about the use of equipment.

If you want to go out but not to spend a long time traveling, you can choose to go to Ueno or Asakusa, just minutes on the subway from Inaricho - but since they're both close, I recommend walking. Ueno is just a five-minute walk west on the big street near the hotel, Asakusa a bit further away, 15 minutes going east. Going east, after 5 minutes you'll find yourself in Kappabashi, where you can enjoy kitchenware stores; when you've enjoyed all those pans and pots you can continue towards Senso-Ji temple in Asakusa.

MYSTAYS Ueno Inaricho is a nice hotel for people who want to stay centrally for not too much money, ideal for single travelers or couples.
