For a small town, Yobuko has a large natural harbor that the locals have used to develop a seafaring culture. Unlike many marinas, Yobuko’s vessels line up along main thoroughfares of the town and encourage a good look around. Taken on a cloudy February day, these photos give a few glimpses of what you might find among the squid boats and fishing nets.
