Just 15 kilometers south of the city of Miyazaki on the main island of Kyushu in southern Japan, the Kaeda Valley is picturesquely nestled between the mountains Kumbachi and Soishiyama. The many hiking trails past lush vegetation and clear ponds lead to the summit of Mount Boroishi and are for everyone Well accessible season.
There are two particularly popular hiking trails, the first of which is mostly flat along the river and is therefore also suitable for beginners. It offers great views along rock formations and waterfalls and is also very popular with bird watchers.
