Running from mid-July through September, this seasonal event invites visitors to step into a dreamy Mist Garden. During the day, gentle mist rises to create a refreshing oasis high above the city. After sunset, special lighting combines with the mist to create a magical, almost otherworldly space that is perfect for unwinding on humid nights.
Adding to the summer fun, festival-style games like ring toss, super ball scooping, and target shooting are set up daily through August and on weekends in September. This nod to Japan’s nostalgic summer matsuri gives kids and adults alike a chance to dive into local culture.

Osaka's Abeno Harukas building (58th floor outdoor Sky Garden) is located just a minute on foot from Osaka Abenobashi Station on the Kintetsu Railway's Minami Osaka Line, or two minutes on foot from Tennoji Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line.
