During October each year, Oita's Sanko Cosmos Garden is filled with millions of colorful cosmos flowers in bloom. They come in various colors and varieties, and many of the flowers are planted to create unique designs and patterns - floral art, if you will!
On weekends during the blooming season, the garden is home to stage performances and numerous booths selling locally-grown produce.
Admission to the Sanko Cosmos Garden is free of charge.
