With their unparalleled loyalty, companionship, and unwavering love, it's no surprise that dogs are often referred to as man's best friends. The Yokohama Gogo Dog Fes serves as a celebration of this, and the two-day event at Rinko Park allows attendees to have a bunch of fun with their canine companion – or companions, plural!
There will be a bayside dog run area, around 120 market stalls selling food, clothing, and plenty more, dog breed meetups, and even dog agility courses to check out.
Please note that the event hours differ slightly from day-to-day if you plan on attending – on the Saturday, the festival runs from 10am until 6pm, but on the Sunday this is shortened slightly to 10am until 5pm.
Getting there
Rinko Park is located an easy five minutes on foot from Minatomirai Station – take exit 5.
