<p>The skyline by night—definitely one of my favorite views!</p>

<p>The Yokohama Landmark Tower is directly accessible from Sakuragi-cho station; it has offices up to the 48th floor, while on the floors 49-70 you can find a 5-star hotel. There is also an observatory. This view here is taken from the traffic square opposite the Yokohama Museum.</p>

<p>Cosmo Clock 21, the giant Ferris wheel at the Cosmo World amusement park just next to the Yokohama Landmark Tower. Working at the Landmark Tower, you can see people enjoying down there in the park while you are yawning away in the meetings...</p>

<p>A weekend stroll in the Cosmo World Amusement Park with the many fun activities especially for children: a horror house, sketch artists, etc.</p>

<p>The light-up in the evenings at the Cosmo World Amusement Park is beautiful and goes on throughout the year. </p>

<p>I have never understood why people sit in dangerous rides at amusement parks. For me this a "no-go", although my family had a great time enjoying the rides.</p>

The Landmark Tower in Yokohama is actually the tallest building in Japan (not the tallest structure though), and I used to work at a company located in this tower a few years back. The views of the building itself and the views from the building, both left a very positive impression on me and I wanted to share some snaps of the tower in this photo story. The area is also ideal for a family trip, as the Cosmo World Amusement Park sits just next to the building and it offers exciting roller coasters and other attractions for kids to enjoy. If you prefer shopping, no problem, visit the Queen's Square with a good selection of well-known brand shops.
