From late February until mid April, the iconic Tokyo Skytree will host the "Sakura SKYTREE" event, offering visitors a unique opportunity to enjoy cherry blossoms in the sky.
For the first time, the observation deck will be transformed with cherry blossom-themed decorations and immersive photo spots featuring four types of sakura, including the famous Somei-Yoshino variety. Guests can also indulge in a cherry blossom-inspired cafe menu with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as limited-edition sweets—the menu even includes options that are vegan, gluten-free, and made from 100% plant-based ingredients.

Along with all of the fun happening inside Skytree, the tower's exterior will also be illuminated in sakura-inspired colors on select evenings during the event dates.

For anyone wanting a keepsake from their visit, be sure to head to the Skytree Shop which is located on the 5th floor of the venue. There, a symbolic cherry blossom tree will be set up, and a wide variety of cherry blossom-themed goods will be available for purchase.
