Natsumi Tomita's "Scrap World" is a special exhibition taking place at Nagoya's Yamazaki Mazak Museum of Art. The event looks at the works of three dimensional artist Natsumi Tomita, who uses various "scrap" materials like discarded beverage cans, broken toys, and old cooking utensils to create unique sculptures. Many of the sculptures are animal-inspired, with works like dinosaurs, lizards, rabbits, and deer all in Tomita's repertoire.

In today's world where recycling and even upcycling are encouraged more than ever, Tomita's impressive works are proof that one person's trash truly can become another person's treasure.

Adult admission to the event is priced at 1200 yen.
